S1, E14: When Ben (Nat Faxon) and Kate’s (Dakota Johnson) father Randy (guest star Bruce McGill) pays an unexpected visit to them, he causes chaos in their lives – Kate starts asking big questions about herself and her life trajectory, putting her in a big fight with BJ (Lucy Punch). Meanwhile, Ben finds himself confronting his dad about all the things they never did together, as they search together with Tommy (Echo Kellum) to finally find and confront Maddie’s (Maggie Elizabeth Jones) dad for running out on Kate.
