Hands on a Blix Van

S3, E20: Blix Corp sponsors a "Hands on a Blix Van" competition at PCA.  Whoever keeps their hands on a Blix van the longest wins a free trip aboard the Blix jet to anywhere in the world.  Quinn doesn't participate in the competition, and ends up inventing a breath spray that inadvertently causes non-stop laughter.  Lola has to find a way to stop Quinn's laughter.
