S2, E6: After Grandpa reminds Herman that the 100th anniversary of his marriage is coming soon, Herman decides to withdraw a thousand dollars from the twelve hundred dollars he and Lily have in the bank to buy her something for the occasion. At the same time, Marilyn mentions the coming event to Lily and Lily also decides to withdraw a thousand dollars for the same reason. Both Lily and Herman believe the other has forgotten the anniversary and each intends to surprise the other with an expensive gift.
