S4, E1: Bella decides to bring a taste of Italy to Pontypandy. In preparation for her celebration, Bella stops at the department store to pick up some last minute items. When Rosa escapes from her bag, Bella ends up missing the closing call and getting stuck in an elevator. Fireman Sam and his team race to the rescue and help give Bella a lift up!
