T1, E5: It’s the end of the Brits weight-loss quest around the world. They are back home in the UK and back to reality. While they managed to lose weight in every country they visited, they now face the challenge of continuing to shed the pounds. After a month apart, the group meet for a final weekend together, and one last weigh-in, to discover how they've all been doing and if they kept the weight off.
