第 17 季，第 8 集: The winner of the opening challenge chooses a contestant from Team Jen and Team Dolvett to go home for the week. The only weights that matter in the final weigh-in are those of the contestants sent home, surrounded by old habits and temptations. Host Bob Harper makes a surprise visit to give a killer workout while the other trainers push their teams to the limit back on the ranch.
