Honors Class / Cabbage, My Boy

S1, E3: Maurecia accidentally gets promoted to the 29th floor Honors Class instead of Dana, and does everything she can to escape the class (which is taught by Miss Mush, phD and only has one other student in it - Sammy the Dead Rat). / Myron adopts a head of lettuce as his baby brother, inspiring Mrs. Jewls to assign the class a project about their families. Todd frets that his project will fail since he is an only child.
