iWanna Stay With Spencer

M1, T5: Carly and Spencer's granddad makes a surprise visit.  He's very concerned that Spencer is too irresponsible and wacky to be Carly's guardian.  It's up to Carly and her friends to prove to her granddad that Spencer is, in fact, an awesome guardian for Carly.
