S3, E4: Joe Henry is the proud owner of two poultry farms. He loves the work, but his only farmhand is his Dodge dually pickup truck. He works constantly, hauling feed and poultry to and from both farms. Tragedy hit Joe hard just as he was getting ahead in his business.
