S9, E8: A man who was wrongfully convicted of murdering his wealthy wife escapes from prison to try to prove his innocence. McGarrett's only clue to the man's puzzling motivation in staging his breakout immediately after refusing parole is his claim that to have accepted parole would have constituted his admission of guilt — which he has never acknowledged.
