Unfortunately, General Sergeants spoiled teen daughter, Lightning Liz, has just been gifted the XGL Prototype Battle Armor from daddy, and has plans to crash the party! / Lose wants the free Atomic toaster you get when you open an account at The First National Bank of Villainy. Problem is, unlike other super-villains, they have no loot to deposit. Voltar has the brilliant plan of getting them jobs as bank as security guards so they can rob the vault, deposit the stolen loot back in the bank, and then get the free Atomic Toaster!!!! Muhuhahaha!! But another villain known only as The Cougar has her sights on the bank vault as well… and that cute, hunky Red Menace!
