In a mean-spirited attempt to have the manager of their trailer park, Millie Banks (guest star Roseanne Barr, "Roseanne") stop harassing them, Earl disguises himself as the voice of God and fools Millie into obeying his absurd commands. As Earl tries to erase Millie off his list, he finds that the once shrewd trailer park manager is gone and has transformed for the better. Eddie Steeples, Ethan Suplee, and Nadine Velazquez also star.
