第 1 季，第 6 集: Because of the attempt on his life which he believes was orchestrated by the Mexican drug cartel, Miguel is on the run with Eva, he also believes he will not make it out of this situation in Canada alive. He is now willing to speak to Wolfgang. Where they meet becomes an issue, especially after Wolfgang learns that Al has made a deal with Foy to trade the Gascoynes for Miguel.
