Miracle's third best friend forever's, second best friend forever, Starr Brightman, is having a Bat Mitzvah and Miracle's parents have put a "freeze" on her credit card, leaving Miracle with "nothing to wear!" Cake comes to the rescue by persuading Miracle that her new motto should be, "Don't charge it, change it!" To prove her point, Cake takes one of Miracle's PWG (previously worn garment) and designs a chic new look for Miracle to wear to the event. Miracle is thrilled, but what about the gift? Individuality happens when you mix creativity with a little resourcefulness. Inspired by Miracle's dilemma, Cake creates a new craft for Cake TV, Purse-sonalized purses. Miracle (and Cake TV viewers) learns to make their own one-of-a-kind handbags and, voila! Miracle has the perfect gift for Starr!
