S1, E10: When a beat cop fails to follow his partner after some hoodlums, his partner is ambushed and beaten. Soon questions arise and accusations fly that the cop has lost his nerve to perform his duties. Because the cop once saved Frank's life, Frank gives him the benefit of the doubt. But when the cop deliberately jeopardizes Frank’s life, Frank must let the brotherhood of cops serveout a harsh retribution.
