S12, E2: Cliff Barnes, resolving to get out of the oil business, offers Barnes-Wentworth to Bobby and Ewing Oil. Clayton Farlow, immersed in the running of Southfork, also offers to sell his oil refineries to Bobby. J.R., plotting to regain custody of his son, defers to Clayton's authority and moves back into Southfork, and Sue Ellen and John Ross set up house far from the ranch.
