S13, E7: Maureen Stubbs of the Midsomer Conservation Society is aghast at a wealthy builder's plans for a modern development in bucolic Pelfe Chase. After Stubbs is brutally murdered with a broken bottle, the detectives' investigation reveals that she may have been responsible for a string of burglaries and vandalism targeting supporters of the development.
