The episode features different types of altercations that are all somehow related to Earl. Kenny is featured in the episode as a raffle winner who gets to ride along with a cop. Since the "Cops" episode was taped prior to Kenny and Earl's reconciliation, Kenny shows resentment towards Earl. Part 2
