S1, E2: Fernanda accuses Ana, drugged, of the murder of María Laura, getting her admitted to a sanatorium with a doctor hired by her. Elisa tells Manuela about her mother's death, but instead of consolation, she receives a complaint for denouncing Francisco, something she does not know. Fernanda pretends to be trustworthy and wins Manuela's confidence. Eugenio orders her to seduce Alfredo, taking advantage of his depression, and she obeys. Elisa looks for Francisco, but Manuela rejects her and reveals that Ana killed her mother. Ten years later, Ana tells Manuela the truth, complicating Fernanda's life. Francisco, now a businessman, returns to meet again with Elisa, who is about to get married.
