S1, E1: As the snow melts in summer there's a plethora of rich produce and stunning green landscapes. Lyndey visits Wild Brumby Schnapps garden and distillery for a fiery tasting before she creates a heavenly apple cake. A fishing expedition for Murray Cod under the shadow of Blowering Dam, provides comedy but no fish though Lyndey creates a dish with a nod to the Italians.
