Somewhat Surprising

S3, E8: Cassie decides to plan a surprise party for Sam to celebrate the anniversary of his move to Middleton. Even after Sam catches on and it looks like he’s not thrilled about it, Cassie manages to surprise him with a thoughtful gift, and a party he ultimately enjoys. Grace (with some urging from Abigail) decides to use her powers to create situations where she and Noah can get together only Nick keeps showing up and getting in the way. When the two boys patch things up thanks to all the time Grace’s effort has afforded them, Noah is finally comfortable asking Grace out.
