Sparks Fly for Magnemite

S1, E30: As our heroes make their way through the industrial Gringey City, Pikachu, perhaps weary from travel, is in a strange state: the electric pouches on its cheeks are continually twitching as though overcharged. At the city’s Pokémon Center, Nurse Joy diagnoses Pikachu with the first stages of a Pokémon cold. She suggests that Pikachu stay in the center overnight and that all will be well by the morning—but suddenly, an electrical blackout plunges the city into darkness! Assuming the problem must come from the power plant near the beach, Ash and friends go to investigate. There they discover the Magnet Pokémon Magnemite and a host of Grimer, a kind of Pokémon created from sludge. Could they be responsible for the city’s power outage?
