Spooky Basement Scary Flip

S1, E3: Cody and Paul, owners of Birmingham, Alabama's fastest growing flipping company, take on a house they call "Spooky Basement," confident it will be their easiest flip. But they've clearly jinxed themselves when bad electrical systems, failed inspections and cost overruns make flip downright scary. Adding totally new systems, a funky kitchen, and an over-the-top main bathroom to the house's vintage features, they aim to overcome the curse. But as the work mounts and their 30-day flip deadline approaches, they'll have to pull the whole team together if they want to bring this deal back from the dead.
