M1, T4: Wellspring students face their most difficult challenge yet as they struggle to stick with the program while at home for Spring Break. Scotty's laziness continues to be a cause for concern as he misses more classes. Terrina's attitude problem threatens her chance for success, and she reveals the impact of the deep-rooted problems she has with her mother. At home, Emily shows her family how to eat healthier, and Tanisha proves to be setting a positive example for her mom and grandma as she maintains her diet and exercise regime. When the kids return to camp, they're shocked when they're subjected to a surprise weigh-in, and prepare themselves to take part in a 5k run at Western Carolina University.
