Stewart John Regan AKA "The Magician" and Dennis "Mr Death" Allen

He became one of Melbourne's biggest drug dealers, and was responsible for up to 13 murders. Stewart Regan was a pimp, rapist, standover man and a child murderer who enjoyed inflicting pain. He made people disappear. When they both died even the criminal underworld rejoiced.
