The Bumper

S1, E25: When Muldoon and Arcaro transport a material witness to jail, a hitman known as "The Bumper" forces the detective's car into an oil truck. In the flaming explosion Muldoon is burnt to death. Heartbroken, Halloran makes an all-out effort to get the killer.
