The Imposter

M3, T20: Clark Palmer, a renegade government agent, breaks into Harm's apartment, incapacitates him, and then assumes his identity. Palmer leaves a bomb with an 8 hour timer with Harm and heads to the courthouse to continue his deadly masquerade.
