The Pied Piper Power Play

S2, E45: The evil Professor Nimnul hatches a grand scheme to bake all the potatoes in Idaho with his newest invention. The only problem is that the power company has shut him down for failing to pay his bill. Nimnul uses his Pied Piper device to lure the city's mice (including Monty) to his lab to run his invention through "mouse power". When the other Rangers investigate, Gadget falls under the spell, then Dale accidentally hypnotizes himself. Unaffected by the spell, Chip and Zipper destroy Nimnul's device and the freed mice generate enough power to cause the potato baker to explode.
