The Pinky Protocol

S3, E10: Famous Hollywood director Gulliver Sloane has a new conspiracy theory: two laboratory mice are attempting to take over the world! The Brain decides to use the publicity to his advantage and invents his own conspiracy theory, claiming that a secret document called the Pinky Protocol entitles him to rule the world. The Brain's plan seems to be working until an antigovernment recluse rescues him and Pinky.
