The Refrigerator

S1 E4: After Mary's refrigerator breaks down, her sly and opportunistic neighbor Sandra readily agrees to use her "influence" on their stingy landlord to get her a new one -- in exchange for Mary lending her apartment to Sandra for one of her "small gatherings."
