The Return of Jimmy Blackhorse

S3, E21: In the Arizona desert, a Marine helicopter lands in front of a Navajo family home to deliver a coffin containing the remains of PFC Jimmy Blackhorse to his family but are surprised when a Navajo medicine woman states that the remains do not belong to Jimmy. The JAG team believes that DNA testing is the only way to prove the identity of the remains but clash with the Navajo prohibition against tampering with the remains of the dead.
