S3, E4: David Banner is arrested for vagrancy and sent to a work camp where his fellow prisoners accuse him of being an informer. Banner's initial acceptance turns to animosity after he is unable to help them present their grievances to the press due to McGee's presence. It takes the Hulk to overcome the stigma of Banner's apparent defection to the side of the corrupt prison officials and to bring the conditions at the camp to the attention of the public. Charles Napier, Julius Harris, Marc Alaimo and Robert Davi guest star.
