As acting chief of emergency services, Romano delegates a plethora of responsibilities to Greene and Weaver. Lucy and Carter share a romantic tryst while on duty. Greene treats hospital worker Mobalage for impotency. Joi's son dies of a drug pain overdose and the police blame Ross. Anspaugh closes Hathaway's clinic because Ross got the medical equipment that administered the fatal dosage from the clinic. Jeanie and Ross are involved in a vehicular accident on an icy road.
