M1, T1: Thirteen-year-old Nabeel sets out to accomplish two things: take his local baseball team to the championships and memorize the 604-page Quran. The film represents themes of an immigrant father and his 2nd generation American-born son finding connection through baseball while the young son navigates how to practice his faith in an American context.
