Tilted Kilt

S4, E2: Ron Lynch the President and Founder of one of the countries fastest growing sports pubs, goes undercover as Ryan Goode, a failed business owner who is looking for a new career on a reality show. Ron had been in the food business for many years and wanted to do something different. He bought the name from a one off restaurant in a casino in Las Vegas and today the company has over 70 franchises across the country and brings in 250 million dollars in revenue a year. Even though the restaurant servers wear provocative costumes, Ron founded the company on the principles of class and respect. Frequently Ron’s business is compared to his competitors who exploit women and he wants to show the world that Tilted Kilt is a family friendly establishment. Ron wants to go undercover to make sure that the guiding principals are being implemented from corporate all the way down to the servers and kitchen workers. Ron wants the Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery to become the most respected and most recognizable sports pub in the nation and in order to achieve that he wants to be certain that they’ve got the right people working in the right capacities in the pubs, and to make sure the fast growing franchise company is producing quality throughout. During his time undercover Ron will meet amazing and dedicated workers who have overcome great obstacles as well as ones who are pushing the boundaries and may need a little guidance. Through his journey he will come to think of his Tilted Kilt family as an extension of his own family.
