Jeremiah & Ty

S1, E1: 17-year-old Ty has spent much of his teen years in a group home. Soon to be reaching adulthood and facing a life with no parental back up, Ty is desperate to find a forever family. As one of the oldest kids in the program his chances of getting an adoptive match are slim. 10-year-old Jeremiah and his sister, are both in care but together are difficult to place. A heart-breaking decision is made to give Jeremiah the chance to find a match for himself--without his sister. We follow Ty and Jeremiah as they meet and match with their potential parents and decide where they want to call home.
