Genjutsu or Reality?

S5, E23: The team returns to Hidden Leaf in order to tend to Kurenai's and Yakumo's injuries, but they find the village in ruins. In total shock, Naruto goes to the hospital, when Unkai the ninja, who attacked them at the villa, appears. Meanwhile, Shino, Kiba and Hinata search the village and come up with a theory based on the movement of Shino's parasitic insects.
