Then its off to a circuit beach workout with pro volleyball player Gabrielle Reece, and later, the players face off in a building block challenge testing their design and climbing skills. Also, Dr. Huizenga stops by to give updated "Know Your Number" health scores and reveals how many years the contestants have added to their lives since starting the show. And one player gets devastating news before the weigh-in, followed by an elimination that sends another contestant home.
