Despite medical forecasts, Joseph Kibler, who was born HIV+ and physically disabled, has gone from a wheelchair to walker - walker to crutches - and at the age of 18 took his first steps with a cane. WALK ON documents Joseph's lifelong goal of attempting to complete an AIDS Walk (6.2 miles,) while educating about disabilities and HIV.
