In 2008, teachers from Sergipe engaged in a legal fight with the state government to prevent the loss of rights already won. In the midst of this struggle, teacher Ana Rosa is experiencing the challenge of being a mother, woman and union leader, but her husband's incomprehension and the chauvinist view of her own mother make her journey even more challenging.
