When Ruby Bridges Elementary opened in Washington State in 2020, its founding principal and staff made a radical choice: to educate every child in the same classroom, regardless of disability or support needs. Five years later, the school is seeing strong academic and social outcomes, without additional funding or staff. There was no magic fix – just a new model based on the belief that inclusion benefits everyone. All of Us is the story of a school that breaks the mold. A school that is unique, but shouldn’t be.
