24-year-old Romelle 'Demon' Montez is rising to power in the South Side Mobb street gang. He is ruthless and lives by the code of the streets but the gang starts to question his leadership when he falls for the innocent, straight-laced Juliana 'Angel' Conley, the 18 year old daughter of the city's police chief. The couple embarks on a whirlwind romance, starting a war between the cops and the gang.
