Becoming Redwood

11 year old Redwood Hanson’s earliest memory is of his mother leaving his hippie father. His second earliest memory is his belief that he would one day beat Jack Nicklaus at the Masters, and as a result his parents would reunite! School is a constant battle and even with the help of his trusty sidekick, an ancient wooden golf club – nothing seems to help bring his parents back together.
