Rich kid Scooter has everything that any kid could want, except for a loving family. His family are all too preoccupied with their respective affairs to spend any time with Scooter. In order to garner their attention, Scooter hires an incompetent burglar to kidnap him, in exchange for the ransom. Will his parents even notice that he's gone?
