Kailash and Jeevan are best friends. When Kailash's scientist uncle develops a formula to save energy, Mr. Mehta, Jeevan's boss, gets envious and puts Jeevan on to retrieving its blueprint. Doing so, Jeevan stakes the life of his best friend and his ladylove.
