Bob and his team are trying to build a concert hall in Sunflower Valley when a heavy snow storm suddenly halts the new building project. Bob calls on Zoomer, the snowmobile, to help save the big winter party. But there is only one member of the Can-Do Crew that can rescue everyone - it's Scrambler To The Rescue!
