In this dark comedy, corrupt Vancouver City Councilor Larry Coyle’s state of mind is questioned after a mysterious cameraman starts filming his every move, determined to reveal the truth behind Larry’s lies. Unable to convince friends and family that the cameraman exists, Larry comes to the conclusion that he’s a character in his own movie.
