It's the most wonderful time of the year in this heartwarming story of friendship, fur and - just maybe - love. Maggie, a single mom, visits the local animal shelter and adopts a Labrador Retriever for her son, Ethan. But things get complicated when they find out the pup ended up in the shelter after getting lost from his real family, bachelor-dad Jack and his daughter Olivia, while chasing after a cat.
