Congo Crossing

In Congotanga, a West African territory ruled by foreign gangsters led by crime boss Carl Rittner and free of extradition laws, surveyor David Carr arrives to mark the region's true border. His mission pulls him into danger when he meets fugitive Louise Whitman, whose presence threatens Rittner's control. As corruption tightens its grip, trust fades and survival becomes uncertain.
