US Navy medical officer Jake Fuller（Michael Dudikoff） is detailed for a goodwill visit aboard a Russian submarine. But he and his companion, Lt. Swain, end up alone among terrorists, who have taken over the submarine and threaten to fire its nuclear weapons.
